Draco III
This fixture was designed for demanding applications involving dust, dirt, vapor, smoke, high levels of humidity, and risk of corrosion. Systems feature IP67/IP66 rated enclosures with silicon seal and impact resistance covers. This high efficiency LED luminaire consumes 67-85% less energy than previous technologies.
Linear Vapor Tight LED Fixture
The Draco III is the third generation in LED Living Technology’s vapor tight, water and dustproof luminaire. This industrial luminaire has been optimized for parking garages, refrigeration, industrial freezers, livestock, and harsh and wet environments.
Order this fixture with field-programmable sensor accessory for increased energy savings (1-10V Dimming, Daylighting, or Motion Sensitivity). Sensor has a 360 degree coverage pattern, no minimum load and adjustable time delays.

Case Studies
At TIER REIT’s United Plaza property in Philadelphia, PA, Chief Engineer
and sustainable building pioneer, Ken Cooke, worked with LED Living Tech-
nology to replace the parking garage’s fluorescent and High Pressure Sodium lamps with LED. For the project, the facility chose LED Living Technology’s 34 Watt Draco II Vapor Tight Luminaires to replace a total of 150, 72 Watt fluo-rescent T12 systems and replace 16 existing 188 Watt High Pressure Sodium lamps with LED Living’s 56 Watt Artemis Low Profile Luminaires. Both LED systems featured occupancy senors and dimming for maximum energy savings. The ROI was around 2.4 years.
