The HFL01 Series of hazardous location LED flood lights combines unmatched durability, energy efficiency, and safety certifications to deliver powerful illumination in hazardous and marine environments.

Built for Extreme Conditions

With its stainless-steel hardware, low-copper aluminum housing, and multiple anti-corrosion coatings, the HFL01 Series of flood lights are engineered to withstand flammable gas, wet, and marine environments. It has also passed 1,000+ hours of salt spray testing, guaranteeing 10+ years of use in marine environments.

Easy Installation and Low Maintenance

Featuring self-locking spring terminals, an angle-adjustable mounting bracket, and double-cable entry for interconnection between fixtures, this flood light simplifies installation. With a separated light source and power supply and engineered fins for heat dissipation, the HFL01 provides an average lifetime of 378,000 operating hours (L70).

High Performance That Goes Easy on Energy Costs

Operating at 150 lumens per watt, this LED flood light runs at less than half the cost of metal halide or HID lamps. To comply with municipal regulations on light spill, a glare shield is available. And for additional safety, a glare shield can be added. The HFL01 is a smart, energy-efficient choice for industrial and hazardous locations.

Applications

Certified for UL 844 Class I Division 2, Class II Division 1, and IEC 60079 Zone 2, Zone 21, and Zone 22, this flood light is perfect for power plants, heavy industrial storage facilities, paper mills, wastewater treatment, loading docks, shipyards, and chemical or petrochemical processing facilities.
